To guarantee priority availability and hold your dedicated visit schedule, memberships are billed in advance on a recurring 30-day cycle. Because dedicated staff time is reserved exclusively for your family, unused package hours expire at the end of each cycle and do not roll over.

Additional hours can always be added to your monthly membership or your hourly service at a discounted rate.
Tailored Hourly Concierge Services
We believe quality support shouldn’t be rushed. Our 2-hour minimum ensures every visit is calm, unhurried, and focused on meaningful connection.
$50/Hour - 2 hour minimum for all hourly concierge services.

To provide the highest level of attentive, dedicated care to all of our client families, we operate on a structured, predictable schedule.
Standard Business Hours
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Please note: Our offices are closed on weekends and major holidays so our team can rest and recharge.
Advance Scheduling Policy
To ensure seamless logistics and dedicated availability, we ask that all service visits be requested at least 24 hours in advance. For new clients, we kindly request 48 hours’ notice so we can thoroughly gather your personal preferences and needs before our first visit!
After-Hours & Weekend Support
We understand that life happens. Essential requests outside of our standard operating hours or on weekends are handled strictly on an as-available basis and are subject to our after-hours rate of $75.00 / hr.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand schedules shift. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel a visit.
Standard Hourly Visits: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fee equal to our 2-hour visit minimum ($100) to honor your concierge's reserved time.
Monthly Membership Packages: For monthly members, visits canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will deduct the scheduled hours directly from your monthly package balance.
True medical emergencies and sudden hospitalizations are strictly exempt—your health and safety always come first.
