Verity Senior Concierge LLC is a registered Homemaker & Companion Service provider with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA License #: 242318, Certificate #: 42625).

  • No Medical or Clinical Services: Verity Senior Concierge LLC is not a Home Health Agency, Nurse Registry, or medical provider. Services provided are limited to non-medical companion visits, household organization, personal errands, local transportation, and lifestyle management support under Florida Statute § 400.509.

  • No Medical Advice: Content on this website, social media, and digital portals does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical nursing care. Always seek the advice of a qualified physician or healthcare professional regarding any medical conditions or treatment plans.

  • Medication Assistance Limits: Companion staff may provide verbal prompting for pre-packaged, self-administered medications only. Staff are strictly prohibited from opening pill bottles, filling planners, or administering medications.

  • Physical Mobility & Fall Risk: Companion staff do not provide weight-bearing physical lifts, fall-guarding, or clinical physical assistance. Clients utilizing transportation services must be capable of entering and exiting vehicles independently or with light, non-weight-bearing steadying guidance.
